Or the small-scaliness of then farmland.
The plots are not all parcelled up gigantic units.
And you really explore the floodplains of the river the IJssel!
Along here run numerous cycle and walking routes.

Cycling

In the immediate vicinity of farm camping Remmelink

close along our campsite.

Swimming

For lovers of bathing there are lots of possibilities.
Who likes to bath in a swimming pool can go to Hoog-Keppel,
which is on a distance of about 3 km from our farm camping.
But who prefers nature water has plenty of choices.
On the edge of Drempt, for instance, is the ‘IJsselstrand’.
A little sand beach at the dead arm of the river the ‘IJssel’.
Or, on a slightly larger distance you find the recreation ‘
Rhederlaag’. A large-scale recreation.
Here there is an activity for everyone.
There are various beaches.
For the people who prefer this there is a nudist beach.

And, at last,
there are in Doesburg and Zutphen indoor swimmingpools

Bronkhorst

Approximately 7 km away is the town of Bronkhorst
This is the smallest town of Netherlands!

Doesburg

On 4 km is located the beautiful old Hanseatic City of Doesburg.
Visit the mustard museum and the mustard plant once,
or climb the Tower of the Martini Church
(this is the highest church tower of Netherlands!).

Zutphen

Zutphen city with a special history.
A city that in 2005 her beautiful monuments
Middle Ages still richly can show.

Doetinchem

A cosy shopping city with nice terraces in Doetinchem
